This is the sort of thing which may be useful to write on an insurance report or in an NHS case file, but the 'treatment' concept does, I think, risk doing an justice to our sense of the therapeutic process. To get at this I will borrow a concept from Wittgenstein's philosophy - that of an 'internal relation'.
