What If… Caregivers' Subsequent Workforce Participation Was a Measure of Palliative Care Services' Impact?
A hypothesis-generating study, completed in Australia, sought to explore the self-reported, post-care workforce participation of caregivers, to determine if there is an association with the use of hospice/palliative care services. The authors found an association between subsequent workforce participation after completing the role of caregiver and the use of palliative care services.
