On October 27, CAPC held a national briefing, "Key Findings and Opportunities from CAPC’s National Scan on Improving Care for Black Patients". The expert panel, which consisted of Diane E. Meier, MD, FACP, FAAHPM, Brittany Chambers, MPH, MCHES, Kimberly Johnson, MD, and Brynn Bowman, MPA, CEO, revealed findings from its literature review and national scan. They also discussed promising interventions of successful, scalable models to improve care for this population, opportunities to reduce racial disparities, and much more.
