California’s Palliative Care Evolution: Celebrating Progress and Shaping the Future
The California Health Care Foundation (CHCF) has been a leader in advancing the field of palliative care, both through direct investment in palliative care in California, and by making their resources freely available to palliative care champions throughout the US. Their new resource, which was developed in collaboration with Transforming Care Partners, is the culmination of fifteen years of work in palliative care. It highlights drivers of progress, as well as opportunities for driving the field forward. Additionally, the resource features experiences and insights from luminaries in the field, including CAPC's own Brynn Bowman, MPA, and Diane E. Meier, MD.
