Highlights from the State Coalition and Faith Community CTAC-CAPC Pre-Conference Session
In a blog post, Stacie Sinclair, MPP, CAPC's associate director of policy and care transformation, partnered with Marisette Hasan, VSN, RN, of CTAC, to provide highlights from the CTAC-CAPC pre-conference session. The session brought together State Coalition Workgroup members and faith community partners, who motivated other pre-conference participants to think strategically about increasing access to care for vulnerable communities.
