Project Early Palliative Care in COPD (EPIC): A Multiphase Evaluation of the Telehealth Intervention
In an article published in the Journal of Pain and Symptom Management sought to analyze EPIC, the first telephonic early palliative care intervention for patients with moderate-to-severe COPD. Led by nurse coaches, the intervention helped with early palliative care needs and was viewed positively by patients and their families.
