Hey thanks so much for the chat! The point about being rebellious really, really struck a chord with me. Drinking and other substances are so seen as being counter cultural….but they really are not. Great point that is super helpful!

Loved this chat, thanks @mrsd. Have just ordered Mandy and Kate’s book now and am so glad to have found this new podcast. It’s so comforting to know so many people across the globe (and for me in particular, so many women) are making the choice to be AF for a happier life. I really do feel as though I am part of a much bigger movement. Thanks for continuing to do these sobriety chats!
