Community wellbeing in Greater Manchester

Please take part in our survey of community wellbeing in Greater Manchester

As part of a feasibility study of community-enhanced social prescribing, we are conducting a survey of community wellbeing in Greater Manchester.

We are inviting residents of Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Tameside, Wigan and the City of Manchester to complete a very brief online survey. This survey comprises 15 questions about how you feel about where you live (your ‘sense of community’), and about your personal wellbeing over the past 2 weeks. The survey is anonymous and will take about 5-10 minutes to complete. If you live within one of these areas, please complete the survey and then share it with your friends and family via social media. If you don’t live in Manchester, but know people who do, please share it with them.

Residents of Stockport and Trafford are not included in this survey because we are conducting community surveys asking the same questions within these areas.

The research is being conducted by researchers from the University of York, University of Central Lancashire and the London School of Economics and Political Science.

More information about the study can be found here and a podcast about community-enhanced social prescribing can be found here.

Thank you!
