The Narcissist and Legal Evidence

March 8, 2023

When dealing with a narcissist ex, you will likely amass a lot of nasty texts and emails.

Through them you may be called many things.

You may receive many demands.

You may be told how the legal system works.

You may be threatened and intimidated.

The challenge in the face of all that is learning how and when to respond and not be sucked into rabbit holes.

The other thing to realize is, all those messages are evidence. Legal evidence.

As much as those messages may scare, intimidate and harass, truth is, they make your case better than anything you may say.

Instead of the usual “he said – she said”, you’ve got what was actually written.

Many people don’t realize that those text messages can be gold if organized and shown to a judge.

So, rather than sitting scared, learn how to respond reasonably without giving in and then catalogue those messages as evidence for court.

Many a narcissistic ex has no idea how their messages and emails actually make the case against themselves.

Now, all of a sudden, instead of dreading such communications, they are seen positively for strengthening your case. Wow!
