Although Departed, Carry Their Voice With You

March 20, 2022

There’s something about the passing of a loved one who was your rock, your source of strength.

Even if they were a flawed person, if there for you, that was all that mattered.

With their passing it feels like you could never continue. You miss their support. You grieve and that’s OK.

Keep them more than in your heart. Think of carrying them on your shoulder.

Choose between their attributes such that the good parts can still influence and offer support.

On your shoulder, imaging hearing them whisper in your ear.

For any given situation, you likely know what they would say to you.

Hear it, as if whispered in your ear.

Carry them with you.

Your strength.

With that you respect and bring a positive legacy to their memory and their life lives within yours.
