This blog was started as a way to track my journey as a social worker, and social work scholar, as I “learned out loud” about what futures work/foresight was all about. Recently, I revised my “manifesto” that reflects my most recent and focused explanation about “why futures thinking and foresight should matter to social work.” Sharing it here for social workers around the world (who have expressed interest in and support about this work) who are concerned about and looking towards what may be coming next, and how we as a profession figure into the future. Here’s the link.
