I’ve been a masters level social worker for almost 30 years. In 30 years of practice, I have never known a social worker who did not rush at some point in time. Do you find yourself rushing? It is natural to rush when we are running late for work or an appointment. Social workers are trained to respect others’ time. Rushing however causes the stress response to start.
